Dental Hygiene Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and hardworking Dental Hygiene Coordinator to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling and patient coordination, be comfortable managing a busy hygiene schedule, and have a proven ability to keep appointments filled while providing exceptional customer service. We are a small office with an incredibly loyal patient base and an awesome staff. This is a full-time position, Tuesday - Friday, with Mondays off, includes vacation, sick days, and a monthly insurance stipend plus other benefits. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the hygiene schedule • Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations and no-shows • Fill open appointment times efficiently • Communicate professionally and warmly with patients • Coordinate patient recalls and follow-up appointments • Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications: • Previous dental office experience preferred • Strong scheduling and organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Team-oriented and dependable • Back-office dental assisting experience would be a plus Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
