Warehouse Specialist Location: On-site, Houston, TX Must maintain a clean driving record as this is also a delivery driver role A growing distribution operation is looking for a dependable Warehouse Specialist to help keep daily fulfillment moving efficiently and accurately. What You Will Do Coordinate inbound receipts, put‑away, replenishment, and order staging for daily customer demand. Verify item counts, condition, and paperwork to keep inventory records accurate. Prepare outbound shipments and customer pickups with attention to timeliness and load quality. Operate material‑handling equipment safely and keep aisles, docks, and storage areas organized. Support cycle counts, stock rotation, and exception resolution with warehouse leadership. Work across warehouse, counter, and logistics teams to keep service levels high. What You Bring Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or inventory support in a distribution environment. Comfort lifting up to 50 pounds and staying active throughout the shift. Ability to use or learn forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and warehouse systems. Strong reliability, attention to detail, and a team‑first approach to service. Clear communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
