We're hiring a Pediatrician who wants a sustainable outpatient schedule, meaningful community impact, and strong earning potential.

You'll step into an outpatient role focused on comprehensive pediatric care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, immunizations, and referrals. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining the autonomy to manage your patients and build lasting relationships with children and families.

You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

You hold or can obtain an active Massachusetts medical license

You have completed an accredited Pediatrics residency program

You maintain DEA, Massachusetts controlled substance, and CPR credentials

You value compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care

You work well independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $255,008 annually
