Our client has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, team culture, and long-term project stability, and they are looking to add an experienced Construction Foreman to their team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can effectively manage crews, maintain productivity, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews
• Oversee civil and concrete job site operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
• Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality standards
• Enforce job site safety procedures and company policies
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce needs with management
• Lead by example and maintain strong communication on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman
• Strong background in civil construction and concrete work
• Ability to lead crews and manage day-to-day field operations
• Experience reading blueprints and coordinating project tasks
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic
