Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional ADL (Activities of Daily Living) mobility interventions. Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions. Adhere to infection control and hospital policies. Qualifications Experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements BLS (Basic Life Support) PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) licensed. Or PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) Temporary and licensure within 6 months. Required Associate's in Physical Therapy. Preferred 1-year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
