Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN)

Job Title: Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) Profession: Non RN Specialty: Clinical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 hours Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum years of experience required. License: Oregon and Washington LVN license active on file. Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Oregon and Washington LVN license active on file.

Description: Focused on supporting the onboarding of new members. Responsibilities include onboarding questionnaire, scheduling PCP appointments, and paneling to a PCP. Additional tasks may involve transferring new members to other departments as needed, such as dental or specialty departments. Schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday.
