Assistant Property ManagerWe're looking for a driven and organized Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations and help keep our community running smoothly. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working closely with the Property Manager to drive occupancy, maintain resident satisfaction, and hit financial goals.Support daily property operations, leasing, and resident relationsAssist with rent collection, delinquency management, and financial reportingHelp maintain accurate records, lease files, and property dataAssist with budget preparation and monitoring property performanceRespond to resident concerns and help ensure a high level of customer serviceSupport marketing and leasing efforts to maintain strong occupancyCoordinate with vendors and assist with invoice processingHelp oversee unit turns and ensure apartments are move-in readyConduct property walks to maintain community standards and identify issuesAssist with scheduling and supporting on-site team membersEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable housing lawsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSolid communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetWorking knowledge of leasing, operations, and property management preferredComfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software1+ year of property management experience preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceCAM, CPM, or ARM certifications are a plusFounded in 1998 and headquartered in Johnson City, Tennessee, UDC is a premier real estate development, construction, and management firm.
