Programs at the very top of college and professional sports rely on their systems every day to capture practice and game footage, review it, and turn it into better coaching and better players. As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to college athletic programs: getting on campus, learning how each program operates, and turning their goals into long-term partnerships. This is a rare chance to sell a product coaches already respect, into a world you know from the inside, with your results showing up directly in the company's growth. We back this expectation with an $85,000 - $95,000 Base and a $140,000 - $160,000 OTE. If you want to stay close to the game while building a serious sales career, this is your shot. Key Responsibilities Own the Full Cycle: Drive every deal from first conversation to signed contract, building pipeline through proactive outreach and relationships on campus. Grow Your Programs: Build account plans and proposals that expand what existing partners use, and turn satisfied programs into long-term customers. Become a Familiar Face: Show up where coaches and staff are, from practices to conventions, so opportunities start coming to you. Run a Tight Process: Keep your CRM and forecasts sharp, and bring what you hear from the field back to leadership. Qualifications The Experience: 1+ years in business development, account management or B2B sales is a strong plus. Recurring or service-based sales experience is a bonus, and competitive people with the right drive are welcome to apply. Competitive Background: You don't need to be a pro to work here.
