Responsibilities Utilize your experience in research, reporting, and analysis to identify gaps and opportunities within compensation programs. Requirements Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs. Passion for working with numbers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results. Self-confident and proactive in showing initiative. Open to new challenges and adaptable to different business environments. Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, accounting, mathematics, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in data analysis. Strong academic performance, with a preference for experience in group projects.
