Controller

We're working on a confidential Controller search for a multi-entity organization in the Lafayette area with significant projected growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will oversee accounting and financial reporting across multiple businesses, lead an accounting team of approximately 20 professionals, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the organization’s financial records. The Controller will own the close process, prepare financial reports for leadership, strengthen internal controls, improve accounting processes, and help build a scalable accounting function to support continued growth. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting and leadership experience, including responsibility for GAAP financial reporting and developing an accounting team. CPA certification is strongly preferred, and exposure to M&A accounting, due diligence, or acquisition-related reporting would be helpful.
