Title: Physical Therapist

Location: 2401 West Turner Road Suite 250 Lodi, CA 95242

Schedule: Weekdays, Full-time or Part-time

Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Practice

Required License: Active or soon-to-be Physical Therapist License
Compensation: $80k-$110k plus benefits

• Revenue Sharing: We don't want to just give a pat on the back for your productivity and hard work. We will share in the revenue that you generate beyond what is expected. As your average caseload increases, so does your compensation.
• Student Loan Assistance: Student loans are a burden for most PT's-we get that. That is why we will reimburse up to $1,800/year ($150/month) towards loans from PT school to help shorten the life of them.

• Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision plans are offered to eligible full-time employees. We cover $325/month of the cost. All eligible employees are enrolled in an employer-paid life insurance policy as well.
• Paid Time Off We offer 3 weeks or 15 days/year for the first 2 years of employment, 4 weeks or 20 days/year when beginning your third year, 5 weeks or 25 days/year after 10 years of employment. All PTO accrues per pay period to equal these amounts annually. Additionally, we offer selected paid holidays.
