• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (9-hour shifts)

• Patient Load: Approximately 20 patients per shift

• Work Environment: Outpatient clinic

• Electronic Medical Records: Epic

• Training: Epic training sessions every other week
