Join Our Team as a Weekend Direct Care Staff at Hickory Hill Leisure Living!

At Hickory Hill Leisure Living, located in beautiful Clermont, FL, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and supportive environment for our residents. We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Weekend Direct Care Staff member.

What You'll Do

As a Weekend Direct Care Staff member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities, such as personal care and mobility.
• Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
• Creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for residents and their families.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in resident living areas.
• Collaborating with team members to provide exceptional care.

Shift Availability

Friday 6am-4pm, 4pm-10pm

Saturday 6 am- 4 pm, 4 pm - 10 pm

Sunday 6 am- 4pm

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a direct care or similar role.
• Compassion: A genuine desire to help others and provide high-quality care.
• Dependability: The ability to work weekends and be a reliable member of our team.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Teamwork: A collaborative spirit to work alongside other care staff.
