As a Technical Business Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that clean energy initiatives are effectively translated into scalable, high-quality software solutions. Your work will directly support the development and reporting of clean energy programs, aligning with regulatory requirements and public service commission expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of program enhancements.
• Facilitate user requirement workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams to guide solutions from concept through deployment.
• Analyze and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Organize and prioritize user stories for Agile development sprints.
• Support testing efforts by creating test plans, writing test scripts, and logging defects.
• Prepare system documentation, including process flows, customer journey maps, and business process models.
• Conduct user research, experience mapping, wireframing, and usability testing to inform product design.
• Apply critical thinking to diagnose and resolve complex system and process issues.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools to support evolving program needs.
