In this highly visible leadership role, you will drive distribution center performance through strategic planning, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee development. You will partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategies that improve productivity, optimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
