Weekend Receptionist

Every Other Weekend Receptionist 8am-4:30pm The Orchards is currently seeking a receptionist to join our team. Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities: Greet visitors Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call Take and deliver messages Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management Schedule appointments and interviews Generate reports and other documents Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Receptionist Qualifications and Skills: Must have at least 2 years clerical experience Computer and software skills Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them Must have good verbal and written communication skills Must have great organizational skills Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills Receptionist Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Vacation and Paid Sick Time 401K Tuition Reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr Orchards
