Manufacturing Production SupervisorLocation: Fort Stockton, TexasEmployment Type: Contract-to-HireAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing facility operations, and enhancing environmental performance at a highly regulated site.ResponsibilitiesWork with regulatory compliance to maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations affecting local operations.Coordinate with regulatory compliance for the gathering and submission processes for regulatory licenses and permits.Support the preparation of reports to management and to regulatory bodies within set time targets.Implement best practices in facility operations to ensure a consistent professional image for the facility.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in environmental waste managementKnowledge of explosive safety and managementExperience in process evaluation and improvementHigh school diplomaPreferred Qualifications (if any)Familiarity with EPA, TCEQ, ATF regulationsExperience with TSDF knowledgeFTE Conversion Possible in 3–6 Months.
