Responsibilities

• Design portfolio-aligned learning curricula leveraging synergies across Gastro brands
• Lead team to develop effective learning solutions for product launches and regulatory updates
• Align with cross-functional leadership and area/affiliate partners on learning strategies
• Ensure curriculum incorporates adult learning and instructional design principles
• Develop team members and foster inclusive culture within International Learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years learning and instructional design experience
• 10-15 years combined learning, sales, marketing, or cross-functional expertise
• Direct team leadership experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience managing multi-product learning curricula
