You will help craft die cast dies, plastic injection molds, and stamping die components in a low-volume, high-mix environment. What You’ll Do Program on the shop floor using WorkNC Operate CNC equipment to machine tight-tolerance parts with quality as a top priority Perform setups and validate work using precision inspection tools Meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency Types of Machines You May Operate Horizontal CNC Mills Vertical CNC Mills 5-Axis CNC Mills EDM Sinker Machines Carbon Machining Equipment Gun Drilling Machines What You Bring 2+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably in a die shop or tooling environment On-floor programming experience using WorkNC or similar CAM software Strong knowledge of measuring and inspection tools Proven commitment to high-quality workmanship Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail Carbon machining and EDM sinker experience (preferred) Why ArtiFlex?
