The HT Group is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative for a client in Beaumont, TX, to provide excellent customer service and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with the public and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Position Overview
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Anticipated Start Date: November 30, 2026
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
• Assist customers with orders, account setup, and billing inquiries.
• Process invoices, gift cards, and customer requests accurately.
• Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Provide general office and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen. Background check must not include felony, violence, or theft convictions.
