Home Care Marketing Representative

Role Description The Home Care Marketing Representative is responsible for generating new client referrals by building and maintaining relationships within the healthcare community. This role involves regularly visiting hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers to promote the agency’s services and secure new clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in‑person outreach to hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and other referral sources Build and maintain strong professional relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and healthcare staff Promote and clearly communicate the agency’s home care services to potential referral partners Identify and develop new referral sources and business opportunities Follow up consistently with contacts to maintain engagement and drive referrals Track and report on outreach efforts, referral activity, and results Represent the agency in a professional manner within the community Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or a related field) 3+ years of experience in sales; experience in home care or healthcare strongly preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent local travel Knowledge of the home care industry, healthcare services, and/or pharmaceutical industry Proficiency in sales and marketing efforts, including outreach and promotional activities Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a personable, outgoing, and relationship‑driven personality #J-18808-Ljbffr Far East Home Care, Inc.
