Provides sound advice on subject of recruiting, retention, and incentives management. Responsible for gathering, identifying and analyzing recruiting program issues ensuring program effectively and efficiently functions. Makes recommendations to correct program recruiting deficiencies. Travels to perform recruitment visits and interview of qualifying Cadets.
