Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights, 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care activities for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient outcomes and comfort
• Provide emergency nursing care within a Level 3 Trauma Center environment
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality emergency care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN licensure (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Level 3 Trauma Center setting
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Experience with high-acuity and critical emergency patient populations
