The Learning Experience Ephrata is a premium, DHS-certified early childhood education center serving families across Lancaster County. We're newly opened and growing fast and we need a driven, relationship-focused leader to own enrollment and family communication from day one.

This is a sales-and-relationship role, not a front-desk job. You'll be out in the community generating leads, working every inquiry to a close, and then becoming the trusted point of contact for every family we serve including billing and tuition.

What You'll Own:

• Generating new leads through local employer partnerships, community events, and outreach you don't wait for the phone to ring
• Managing every inquiry from first contact to enrolled family, with disciplined, same-day follow-up
• Running tours that convert and closing enrollments
• Local marketing campaigns (social, email, text, events)
• All family communication once enrolled including billing, tuition, and payment questions
• Monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or enrollment (childcare/education experience a plus, not required)
• A true hunter mentality you go get the business, you don't wait for it
• A warm, confident closer who isn't afraid to ask for the enrollment
• Highly organized, disciplined about follow-up, comfortable owning a pipeline solo
• Comfortable with CRM, email marketing, and social tools
• Motivated by targets and excited about performance-based pay
• Available for occasional evenings/weekends for tours and events
• Reliable transportation

Compensation: Base salary plus per-enrollment bonus and milestone bonuses this role is paid to fill seats, and top performers will see it in their paycheck.
