First Horizon Bank - 6651 Orion Drive - Responsibilities: Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service involving daily processing of financial transactions and opening accounts in a retail banking environment; Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts including savings accounts, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts; Cross-sell and make referrals to bank partners to generate new business and deepen existing client relationships; Conduct regular outbound calls to clients and prospects, including participating in client/prospect calling activities during special deposit/loan campaigns; Teller support and platform support to minimize client wait times and provide quality customer service
