Audit Manager

Kforce's client, a respected and growing public accounting firm located in the Quincy, MA area is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality assurance services. • Manage and oversee financial statement audit engagements from planning through completion
• Audit Manager will ensure engagements are completed efficiently, accurately, and within established deadlines
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters
• Review financial statements, workpapers, and audit documentation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service
• Manage engagement budgets, billing, and profitability
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit professionals
• As an Audit Manager, you will assist with staffing and resource planning across multiple engagements
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support business development initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA license required
• 7+ years of recent public accounting audit experience
• Proven experience leading audit engagements and supervising staff
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and IFRS
• Excellent analytical, technical research, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Demonstrated leadership and commitment to team development
