Maintenance Technician - Cheyenne, WY

From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. What you’ll do: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas. Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues. Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand. Embodies an owner's mindset. A Team Player Organized and Accountable What we're looking for: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred. Ability to operate various hand and power tools. Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems Plumbing Appliances Flooring Carpentry Heating and air systems Pools Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Superior customer service skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies Benefits and Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 18.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential! Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
