Automotive Sales Manager

Keller Bros is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our Dodge/Ram team! We are looking for a strong leader who knows how to drive sales, develop a team, hold people accountable, and create an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals. Take ownership of dealership sales performance and profitability. Work directly with salespeople to structure and close deals. Manage inventory, vehicle pricing, and merchandising. Ensure consistent customer follow-up and effective CRM utilization. Develop a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Work closely with dealership leadership to identify opportunities for growth. What We're Looking For Previous automotive sales management and finance management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills. Proven ability to motivate and develop salespeople. Understanding of dealership operations, inventory, and profitability. A hands-on leader who leads by example.
