Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join a collaborative technology team delivering high-quality enterprise software solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong manual testing experience who is looking to expand their expertise in test automation and work with modern cloud-based business applications. You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA professionals to ensure that business‑critical applications meet functional and quality standards before release. Key Responsibilities Execute manual and automated testing across enterprise applications. Create, maintain, and run automated test scripts (AccelQ experience is an advantage). Identify, track, and verify software defects through to resolution. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate business requirements. Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards. Skills & Experience Experience testing enterprise applications, including Salesforce. Experience with manual testing and test automation tools. Good understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and the SDLC. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
