Vice President OF Engineering

Leading the Trade organization, the full-time VP of Engineering will manage the technical vision and architecture for trading technology, build and scale a high-performing engineering team, and ensure the reliability and performance of trading systems in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the technical vision and roadmap for the trade organization, aligning it with company strategy Build and lead a multi-team organization, focusing on hiring, developing, and retaining engineering talent Act as the executive owner of trading systems reliability, performance, and risk management Required qualifications 15+ years of software design and development experience, with a strong background in backend and distributed systems 8+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing senior technical staff Proven track record of building and scaling engineering organizations in high-growth fintech or trading environments Experience with multi-team technical strategy and roadmap ownership at an executive level BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
