Evening Receptionist - Jackie Cooper BMW

We are currently accepting applications for a part time evening and weekend Receptionist at Jackie Cooper BMW and Mini ofEdmond. The receptionist answers incoming calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner. The receptionist sets the tone for the dealership by being professional and promptly assisting customers. Shift hours are Mon and Wed from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and alternating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Essential Duties: Greet all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner. Answer and route incoming phone calls from a multi-line telephone. Welcome and direct guests appropriately on the phone and in person. Perform a variety of clerical duties and assist with projects as needed. Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel. Requirements: Previous customer service or related experience preferred. Outstanding administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills with professional presence, speech, and behavior. Proficient with multi-line telephone system and computer skills. High school diploma or GED required. Able to pass pre-employment background check.
