Job Description Job Title: Box Build Assembler Company: iMPact Business Group Location: Brooksville, FL Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday-Thursday 4:15pm-2:45am with optional OT on Fridays (not mandatory) Job Description: Our client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Box Build Assembler at our Brooksville, FL location. The Box Build Assembler will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of electronic components, ensuring quality and efficiency in our build department. Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly of electronic components into enclosures according to provided instructions and diagrams.
- Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet company standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment as needed for the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Comfortable with constant standing and moving around the build department.
- Highly mobile throughout the workday, able to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience operating machinery is a plus.
- Familiarity with soldering techniques preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
