the client seeks a senior faculty member and exceptional administrative leader to serve as Associate Dean and Chair of the Tisch Center of Hospitality. This role is designed for a distinguished industry leader and academic with a strong record of achievement in higher education and demonstrated leadership in hospitality management. the associate dean will shape the future of hospitality education, aligning academic rigor with real-world relevance while supporting a vibrant student experience both within and beyond the classroom. The associate dean will lead a team of faculty and staff and will leverage the client’s broader academic network to elevate the Tisch Center’s national and international profile. The role will help conceive academically grounded, timely programs that prepare students for leadership amid rapid industry transformation, including technological innovation, sustainability priorities, and evolving workforce needs. Building on existing initiatives, the leader will champion experiential learning and innovative curricula that differentiate the center in a competitive global environment. the associate dean will foster synergies across the client’s diverse academic units and strengthen partnerships with industry leaders to expand interdisciplinary research, internships, and employer engagement.
