About the Role
The Company is in search of a Fractional VP of Sales to play a pivotal role in the strategic evaluation and growth of its cardiothoracic business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the current sales organization, commercial strategy, and distributor relationships, and for developing a comprehensive growth strategy and commercial roadmap through 2027. This role involves coaching and leading a team of sales professionals and marketing support staff, as well as improving forecasting, pipeline management, and sales accountability. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical device commercial leadership, with a focus on sales leadership, team development, and distribution channel management. Experience in strategic planning and business growth, particularly within small-to-mid-sized commercial organizations, is essential.
