Location: Hammond, LA

Position Summary

As a Service Technician II/III , you will:

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems and related equipment.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Support installation and commissioning of new systems as needed.
Maintain accurate service documentation, work orders, and parts usage logs.
Deliver exceptional customer service while representing both the client company and Global Placement Firm with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Service, repair, and maintain commercial and light industrial HVAC systems .
Identify root causes of performance issues and implement effective solutions.
Follow all company safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
Collaborate with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
Participate in on-call rotations as required for after-hours or emergency service.

EPA Universal Certification (required).

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in diverse field conditions.
