Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse Case Manager – Kansas**Start Date:** July 20, 2026**Location:** Wichita, Kansas**Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. No weekends required.**Highlights:**- Work with dedicated cardiac and medical step-down units with 14 beds each- Collaborate closely with consistent physician and mid-level provider teams- Manage discharge planning for cardiac patients including CABG and TAVR procedures, as well as diverse medical step-down patient populations- Utilize Meditech and Midas EMR systems for case management documentation- Patient ratio of 1:14 allows for comprehensive case management assessment and planning- Join a welcoming, collaborative team known for supporting new staff members**Requirements:**- Active Kansas RN licensure (or Licensed Social Worker credential)- Minimum 1 year of current acute care Case Manager RN experience required- BLS certification- Meditech and Midas experience strongly preferred- Prior experience in hospital case management highly desirable**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are valued.
