What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom
- Process customer payments and credit card transactions
- Answer and address all incoming phone calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
- Occasionally scan and file documents as needed
- Coordinate vehicle delivery process with salespeople such as contacting customers as needed for license plate pickup and other clerical duties
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom
Who We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative customer-facing roles
- Prior dealership experience ideal but not required
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
