About the unit: LDRP model with a Special Care Nursery Expansive OB and Midwife delivery models Unit focuses onphysiologic birth, shared decision making, and evidence-based practice Collaborative, interdisciplinary culture with high level nursing autonomy Supportive leadership, experienced preceptors, and a commitment to professional growth Opportunities to mentor, precept and contribute to unit-based excellence Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides exceptional, compassionate patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN assesses patient needs, develops individualized care plans, implements interventions, and evaluates outcomes. The RN collaborates effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and promote a positive patient experience. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
