Practice Group Manager

Are you ready to take on a leadership role that blends strategy, operations, and talent development? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Practice Group Manager to support a nationally recognized legal team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you’ll partner with practice leaders to drive strategic initiatives, optimize workflows, and foster a culture of collaboration and professional growth. You’ll work closely with business support teams to ensure seamless operations and help position the group for continued success. What You’ll Do: Lead strategic planning and execution for the practice group. Support talent development, staffing, and performance initiatives. Collaborate on training programs, mentoring, and CLE opportunities. Partner with marketing and business development teams on client pitches and rankings. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required; JD and finance practice experience preferred. 5+ years in legal practice management or 8+ years in law practice. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in talent management and professional development programs is a plus.
