Lana'i Community Health Center (LCHC), located on the island of Lana'i, is deeply rooted in a unique history of transitions and cultural diversity. Role Overview Produces two dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for use by provider in diagnosis of disease and study of malfunction of organs by performing the duties as noted below. Consistently exemplifies professionalism by maintaining a courteous demeanor in all communications with LCHC staff, providers, and patients, as well as external organizations, providers and community leaders. Works with and takes directions from Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) on various projects as needed. LCHC is a patient care, teaching and research organization and provides workshops, education sessions and outreach - all employees should expect to be involved with these activities the extent to which will depend upon their position in the organization. Requirements Part-time or full-time availability to meet the demands of patient care and community engagement activities. Applicable education and certification as required by law, including completion of an accredited training program and certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography or another similar, applicable professional organization. 3-5 years of experience in outpatient medical setting desired. Qualifications BLS Certified Willingness to adhere to clinic protocols and standards of care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Dedication to providing high-quality care with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs and priorities within the clinic and community.
