Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a task-oriented, motivated, and customer service minded Office/Billing Clerk in our Accounting Department. Essential Responsibilities (not limited to) Perform basic and routine accounting functions Submit and cancel all-over-the counter, submit aftermarket/extended warranty products Process extended warranty cancellations. Maintain and reconcile schedules Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned Complete specific tasks assigned by manager Assist in processing car deals Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions Reviewing deal paperwork for compliance Coordinates changes to recaps with FI Bill out dealer trades Bill out wholesale Other special projects or duties requested by Controller, General Manager, or Officers of the Company #J-18808-Ljbffr
