3rd shift Kitchen Help/Prep/ Porter
Charlie Mae's Southern Bistro
Applicants must complete the hiring screening questions to be considered. Maintain health and safety standards in food preparation. Keep areas clean and perform routine & deep cleaning maintenance. Set up stations before shifts; stock supplies and prep items. Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and cook assigned items. Work with other cooks to ensure food is ready at the right time and temperature. Stock inventory. Prepare and serve food according to recipes and standards. Operate and maintain equipment (grills, fryers, cash registers). Follow health and safety regulations. Handle delivery orders when drivers arrive at location.
