Traveling Business Office Manager

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Traveling Business Office Manager to support skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities across Texas. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day business office operations, including billing, collections, resident trust accounts, and financial reporting. You will travel regularly to assigned sites, training and mentoring local office staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting accurate admissions and insurance processes. Partnering closely with administrators and care teams, you will help steward resources that enable dignified, person-centered care in alignment with Touchstone’s servant leadership culture.
