Your typical day includes independent evaluation and treatment of adult outpatients, prioritizing functional goals that transition patients from rehab to active community life. Expect a steady but manageable schedule, full-time day shifts (5 eight-hour days, approximately 40 hours per week), and a clear focus on quality, one-on-one patient care over rushed volume. You'll collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team while still having the autonomy to drive your own schedule and treatment plans.
