What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any changes in condition.
• Encourage participation in activities that promote independence, engagement, and quality of life.
• Work closely with families and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for every resident.

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training.
