If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out.The OpportunityWe partner with manufacturers across Newaygo seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source and attract top talent for a variety of manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including offer extension and onboarding support.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.Recommended Qualifications3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles.Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates in technical and skilled trades.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific challenges.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.Bonus QualificationsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, iCIMS).Familiarity with OFCCP compliance requirements for federal contractors.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical terminology.Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CIR, CDR).Job Titles That Should ApplyTalent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiting Coordinator, HR Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, Agency Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Sourcer, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Scout, Headhunter, Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Lead Recruiter, Director of Talent Acquisition, VP of Talent AcquisitionWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
