Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant - Certified (MA-C) for a temporary-to-permanent position in a dermatology clinic located in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for local candidates only.

Job Details

Shift: 4x10 Hours (Monday to Thursday, 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: As soon as possible

Clinic Locations:

• First Hill Clinic (Monday & Thursday)
• Renton Clinic (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Qualifications

• Must hold certification as a Medical Assistant - Certified (MA-C); other certifications (MA-R, MA-P, MA-HT) are not accepted.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant in an adult outpatient clinic setting, preferably in dermatology.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care, including rooming patients and obtaining vital signs.
• Perform dermatology-specific tasks such as dressing changes, suture removal, and wound care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting using EPIC (experience preferred but not required).

Additional Information

• This position requires reliable personal transportation, as candidates will float between clinics.
• Work schedule does not require weekend availability.
• Candidate must be flexible and have no additional scheduling restrictions.
• Travelers will be expected to float between nearby facilities as needed.
• This is a temp-to-perm opportunity; candidates must be open to permanent placement at the end of the contract.
