Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN or LPN to join our leadership team in our skilled nursing facility.In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, supporting staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring the highest quality of resident care.What We Offer:Competitive salary: $80,000 for LPNs / $90,000 for RNsOpportunity for salary increases as census growsFull-time, direct-hire positionMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offSupportive leadership teamCareer growth opportunitiesResponsibilities:Assist the Director of Nursing with the planning, organization, and direction of nursing servicesSupervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident careMonitor clinical operations and regulatory complianceIdentify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as neededParticipate in staff education, coaching, and performance managementCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomesMake independent decisions and sound clinical judgments when appropriatePerform other duties as assigned by the Administrator and Director of NursingQualifications:Active RN or LPN license in good standingSkilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience requiredPrevious nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsKnowledge of state and federal nursing home regulationsAbility to lead, motivate, and develop nursing staffIf you are a dedicated nursing leader looking to advance your career with a growing organization, we encourage you to apply today.
