Job Description We are a leading residential construction firm seeking a Project Leader to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage multiple construction and renovation projects, focusing on delivering quality work and exceptional client experiences. Your leadership will ensure smooth coordination among subcontractors, problem‑solving on the site, and timely project completion. Role Summary This position is perfect for motivated individuals who excel in dynamic environments where each day offers new challenges. Key Responsibilities Prepare precise estimates for materials, labor, and equipment according to client specifications. Facilitate subcontractor meetings to define project timelines, expectations, and necessary permits. Generate project bid status reports to guarantee compliance with specifications and contract conditions. Supervise subcontractors to maintain project momentum and adhere to schedules. Conduct weekly site visits for ongoing projects and provide updates to corporate teams and clients. Identify challenges, address client concerns, and find timely solutions to potential roadblocks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2‑5 years of relevant construction management experience. Strong knowledge of general construction practices and estimating. Capability to manage various projects throughout different construction phases. Familiarity with local and state building codes and permitting processes. Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud‑based systems. Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
