Senior HR Generalist

We’re looking for someone with 3-10 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist who thrives in a dynamic environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in supporting employees and managers across a range of HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations. You’ll help shape and maintain HR policies and programs that keep the organization running smoothly and compliantly. Responsibilities Partner with leadership and employees to support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy administration. Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining and updating HR policies as needed. Support talent acquisition efforts and contribute to onboarding programs that set new hires up for success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
